Even i m also 30, do some yoga start pranayam and apply some homemade facepacks. you can apply oranges or banana and honey. banana pack can make your skin tight and shiny and oranges are good for natural bleach you have to mash them and make thin paste, you can also store them in your refrijrator for 4to 5 days.I am 30 years old what beauty and health care take to look goodand stay fit?
exercise in moderation, get good sleep, drinks lots of water and try to be as stress free as possible. always wash your make up off before bed, use moisturiser every day etc etc
