Try Brentwood Academy, not too far from Harlow. i did a course there to become a massage therapist. they do courses in waxing, make up, nails massage, reflexology etc.

Harlow College has a few options -ask for their prospectus.
You might also consider Loughton College, Chelmsford College or Bishops Stortford if you are mobile.
Harlow college is surprisingly good though.
