If you are anywhere near 50 you might check out the AARP magazine. It shows how young-looking and fit people of that age are these days. Has many celebs as well.
NOT SURE; DON'T READ MUCH ANYMORE; ON THE ';Net'; lots; to the younger ladies; don't believe everything you read and see --in the beauty magazines! -- and i'm not sure about the health mag's; lots of material i previously read in health mag's WERE then contradicted LATER!!!
Men's Health magazine is one of the best. It dose not only focus on fitness but also on men's health, grooming and beauty.
