What's your best health, fitness, and beauty tips, tricks, and products?

Get 8 hours of sleep each night, drink lots of water, eat healthy and get some type of aerobic exercise daily. Eat foods %26amp; use products that are the least processed.... Such as fresh foods vs. prepared and products like cocoa butter for a moisturizer vs. the high priced dept. store types.What's your best health, fitness, and beauty tips, tricks, and products?
BEAUTY





Coconut oil, or Olive oil. Take about a couple of drops of this, rub it in your hands to make it warm. Rub through hair to make it soft and shiny. Good for any hair type. Use about 1-2 times a week for about a month to get super soft hair!





Drink one tablespoon of Apple Cider vinegar and one tablespoon of water each night before bed to keep acne away.





Massage nails whenever you think about it. The warmth will circulate blood in the nails, making them grow faster. Also, make sure to keep nail/hand lotion handy. Moisturize and keep those hang nails away!

Orange juice, orange juice! I usually drink a half cup of orange juice 2 times a week. It keeps colds away, and it eliminates a cold that you already have. Lemons, limes, oranges, or grapefruits can be eaten daily also.What's your best health, fitness, and beauty tips, tricks, and products?
