water, water, water.PLEASE give me your beauty and health tips?
Wow, okay I have a lot of tips for you.
Hair:
1. To get your hair silky and smooth, put about two teaspoons of olive oil in your hair and rub it into your scalp. Then gently brush it through for about two to three minutes. Wrap your hair in a towel and leave it for thirty minutes, then shampoo.
2. To make your hair grow out faster, give yourself a nice headmassage each night before bed. It will get the circulation going in your head and will make your hair grow out a lot faster.
Face:
1. Buy a mud mask from the store and gently rub it into your face for about five minutes. And make sure to use an exfoliator when washing your face in the shower.
2. A good acne cleanser is the Neutrogena Complete Acne Therapy System. It works great for me!
3. I know you've probably heard this a million times before, but really the best thing you can do would probably be to not scrub your face or, better yet, even touch it at all.
Skin:
1. DRINK, DRINK, DRINK lots of water! It will help your skin and your hair so much if you do this one simple trick!
2. If you work out a lot of just go for a jog everyday, you will be looking the best you have ever been in no time at all!
Hope this helped!= )PLEASE give me your beauty and health tips?
Drink water. LOTS of water. It keeps you hydrated (duh) which keeps your skin healthy (people who drink more water tend to have less severe acne, AND not get wrinkles as young. Plus staying well hydrated helps prevent dark undereye circles) and helps flush toxins out of our body, and some nutritionists say it will help you lose weight (that doesn't mean guzzle 5 gallons a day and you'll lose 20 pounds in a week, it just means if you diet and excercise you'll lose more weight). Use lotion on your whole body and moisturizer on your face (even if your skin is oily, use a light moiturizer. Some breakouts are caused by dry skin...dry like not enough water...oil isn't water, so keep up with the lotion. Plus, again, people with dry skin tend to wrinkle younger). Don't eat a ton of sugar, fats, or fatty oils. Excercise at least 4 days a week, but try to get at least 15 minutes of activity in every day. Drink milk sometimes instead of soda (skim, not whole milk). Wash your hair every other day if it's dry (if it's oily, every day) and condition every day.
Sounds like a lot, but if you do it for a while it becomes second nature (and it really isn't hard stuff...)
for what? face, hair, skin, body? be a little more specific
the best thing is to keep lotion on Ur body meaning coco butter so if u lose weight u will not have stretch makes
