How i mantained my beauty and health?

Drink lots of water. Eat veggies. Sleep at least 8 hrs/night. Clean your face and teeth before going to bed at night no matter how sleepy and tired you are. Drink alcohol in moderation. Apply sunblock before exposing in the sun. And exercise. And just be happy. Love life and follow your heart.How i mantained my beauty and health?
Make everything in moderation,too much of anything can cause damage,irritation and problem, food,exercise,rest or sleep, more so protect your skin from the sun,pollution and the likes,for your face before you sleep get cucumber and freeze then put on your face for 5 mints, then wash see the feeling of freshness and skin smoothens.How i mantained my beauty and health?
Maintain a healthy diet mixed with a good exercise program


makes a beautiful person.
